Thrive was founded by Matt Bowman, whose vision was shaped by his upbringing in an entrepreneurial family. Inspired by his grandparents’ dedication to their business, he witnessed firsthand their commitment to customers, employees and community. This experience influenced him to build a company rooted in the same values of care, integrity and giving back.
In 2005, Bowman entered the digital marketing space by launching MLB Web Design, which later evolved into Thrive. Founded on the principles of integrity, innovation and client success, the company quickly gained momentum. As the team expanded in its early years, MLB Web Design was officially rebranded as Thrive Internet Marketing Agency in 2012.
What began as a small team has evolved into a full-service digital marketing agency with a global presence. Today, the company employs over 160 professionals across 34 states and around the world.
